1.  Send the following information to me via email:

• Provide a list of 10 songs you'd like (click here for song suggestions)
• Who is the CD for?
• When do you need it by?
• What is your address and phone number?
• When do you need the CD by?
• What type of special inscription would you like on the inside of the CD cover?
• What type of graphics would you like for the CD?  (click here for graphics options)
• Feel free to provide any other information you think is appropriate.
  

2.  Ensure the precise details of your order by working with me via email and/or by phone to make sure we get the order exactly the way you want it.  There may be other considerations to your order that increase the cost (i.e. a rush job, over night shipping, custom CD cover, etc.). 
3.  Pay for the CD electronically.  Once ALL the details are determined, I'll send you an email with a link to the order page  (I use PayPal), so you can  pay for the CD.  PayPal utilizes secure shopping cart technology, so you can be assured of your personal privacy and financial safety. (Bank or personal checks will be accepted, but no work will be performed until the check has cleared, so this may delay the process.)
4.  I will record, cut and mail the CD to you, once I've received payment notification.
5.  Expect no more than a 4 day turnaround.  Depending on the songs requested and any other special and/or unique considerations, you can usually expect no more than a 4 day turnaround, not including shipping/delivery time. My objective is to complete every order within 48 hours of receiving it.
